About the Core & Floor Restore program

The Core & Floor Restore program begins with a 30-minute ab buster session with our EM-Strength body sculpting device followed by a 30-minute Pelvic Zhush session. It's the combination of both of these High Intensity Focused Electromagnetic (HIFEM) technology devices that strengthens, tones and firms the abdomen and pelvic floor muscles.

How it works

EM-Strength

EMSlim Neo

The EM-Strength body sculpting device is a non-invasive body toning and sculpting treatment that reduces fat and builds muscle. Utilising HIFEM technology to induce powerful muscle contractions that deliver an equivalent of up to 20,000 crunches, this device will strengthen and tone your abdomen up to 25%.

At the same time, this device utilises radio frequency (RF) technology to help you burn up to 30% subcutaneous fat for a leaner look and feel.

Pelvic Zhush

The Pelvic Zhush utilises High Intensity Focused Electromagnetic (HIFEM) technology that emits electromagnetic pulses targeted at neuromuscular tissue of the pelvic floor and generates intense and concentrated pelvic floor contractions (mimicking a Kegel exercise). A single HIFEM session generates over 10,000 supramaximal pelvic floor muscle contractions, the frequency and intensity of the contractions generated by the Pelvic Zhush are not able to be performed on your own using traditional at home Kegel exercises.
